Payments made by card, PayPal, and Mercado Pago are processed automatically. As soon as the processor confirms the transaction, your service is activated without any further action required.
Payments at OXXO and convenience stores go through Mercado Pago or the bank's system, which may take longer. If your payment is not reflected after 48 hours, we recommend reporting it via chat.
Deposits and transfers to our Banorte account require manual verification. To speed up the process, always report your payment with the receipt.

If the estimated time has passed and your payment doesn't appear in your account:
Yes. You can pay in 3, 6, 12, or 18 interest-free monthly installments with participating cards using the Mercado Pago option during checkout.
No. Each invoice must be paid in full. If you pay a lower amount, it will remain as credit in your account and the invoice will stay pending.
By default, no. You must make the payment for each renewal manually. If you want to enable automatic billing to your card, you can set it up from your client area.
