How Long Does It Take for My Payment to Be Applied?

We know that after making a payment, the most important thing is getting your service active as soon as possible. In this guide, we explain processing times for each payment method and how you can speed up the process.

How to report a payment to speed up the process

If you made a payment via bank transfer, deposit, or at a convenience store and need it applied as soon as possible, you can report it directly through our chat:

  1. Go to webzi.mx
  2. Open the support chat (bottom right corner)
  3. Select the option "Report a payment"
  4. Enter your order or invoice number
  5. Attach your proof of payment (photo or screenshot)

Our team will review your payment and apply it as soon as possible during business hours.

Automatic vs. manual payments

Automatic payments

Payments made by card, PayPal, and Mercado Pago are processed automatically. As soon as the processor confirms the transaction, your service is activated without any further action required.

Payments that require verification

Payments at OXXO and convenience stores go through Mercado Pago or the bank's system, which may take longer. If your payment is not reflected after 48 hours, we recommend reporting it via chat.

Deposits and transfers to our Banorte account require manual verification. To speed up the process, always report your payment with the receipt.

⚠️ Important: When making your transfer or deposit, include your payment order number (generated in MyWebzi) in the reference and/or description field. This helps us identify your payment quickly.

What if my payment is not applied?

If the estimated time has passed and your payment doesn't appear in your account:

  1. Check your email — Look for a payment confirmation
  2. Check your client area — Log in to my.webzi.mx and verify the status of your invoice
  3. Report the payment via chat — Use the "Report a payment" option and attach your receipt

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay in monthly installments?

Yes. You can pay in 3, 6, 12, or 18 interest-free monthly installments with participating cards using the Mercado Pago option during checkout.

Can I make a partial payment?

No. Each invoice must be paid in full. If you pay a lower amount, it will remain as credit in your account and the invoice will stay pending.

Are services renewed automatically?

By default, no. You must make the payment for each renewal manually. If you want to enable automatic billing to your card, you can set it up from your client area.
