Having up-to-date backups of your information is invaluable for the continuity of any project or business.

At Webzi, we maintain a robust and well-defined backup policy. As part of our service and at no additional cost, we perform automatic backups every 24 hours of the services hosted on our infrastructure.

Our backup policy includes external storage of these copies, which are retained for 6 days in a different city, with the goal of strengthening operational continuity in the event of any incident.

Even with this strong policy in place, it is important to remember that, according to our Terms and Conditions of Service, the final responsibility for backups lies with the client. For this reason, we provide you with all the necessary tools so you can independently generate and retain your own backup copies.

Below, we will show you how to create partial backups or full backups (Full Backup) from your control panel, as a preventive measure against any major issue.
